1. Great speech I heard this week…
Hal Elrod is the author of the best selling book, The Miracle Morning: The Not-So-Obvious Secret Guaranteed to Transform Your Life (Before 8AM). He has a documentary, The Miracle Morning Movie, premiering on December 12th, which I will be watching. While looking for more info on Hal, I came across a video on YouTube of a keynote speech he gave earlier this year. I loved it! I think he nails several critical things regarding getting over bad stuff and creating great stuff… and living your best life. It is about an hour and twenty minutes, but absolutely worth it. I am a huge fan of cold exposure. The health benefits are numerous.
