1. Powerful perspective I heard last week…
John Maxwell has written many books and is considered one of the great business leaders. I recently saw this 2-minute clip he had put out on his “Minute With Maxwell.” Very, very good! I sent it to our kids and several friends. I think everyone NEEDS to hear it. SO good!
2. Two people I am paying attention to…
I have heard Calley Means and Casey Means, M.D., on a few podcasts now and think that they are two people worth listening to. Both are what could be called whistleblowers. Calley was a lobbyist, and Casey was a surgeon. Both share valuable and eye-opening info that everyone MUST hear. They are co-authors of Good Energy: The Surprising Connection Between Metabolism and Limitless Health (which I have not read yet). The most recent podcast I saw them on was The Joe Rogan Podcast, and the info, stats, data, and insights that they share are incredible! (The YouTube link is below… it’s over 2 hours long, but the first 25 minutes are worth listening to.) There is a movement/awakening happening right now… and experts like these two are helping to lead that charge. Of course, the mainstream media cannot have them on as guests as that corporate media is funded by Big Pharma and Big Food… two entities that this new movement threatens.
3. Dumbest headline and article I’ve seen in a while…
I was opening my email and saw a headline that read… “Rake It or Leave It? What Gross Stuff May Be Hiding Under Those Piles On Your Lawn?” While every article written likely has an agenda, I see more and more trying to instill fear. Why? I have no idea!!! Why would you second guess a mundane activity like raking leaves, especially after centuries of it being done without trouble? I’m not including the link because I don’t want you to waste your time reading something as dumb as this (complete with images of ants, a snake, and fungus), but want to point out that the media LOVES creating fear, stirring up emotions, and causing divisiveness… on topics that would otherwise be non-issues. This really applies to health-related articles… which are usually hyped up, ridiculously misleading, and commissioned by companies or organizations who benefit from that misinformation. We need to STOP BEING SO SCARED!
