I’ve been asked over and over to put out more short videos. While Friday’s Findings and my weekly blog do allow me to share a decent amount of content, I’m going to start utilizing Instagram more. 3. Fun gadget I’m enjoying…
The Onewheel is a self-balancing electric skateboard with one wheel. Unlike a typical skateboard or motorized skateboard, the Onewheel has a bigger, rubber, single wheel that rolls right over rocks and bumps with ease. It has more of a snowboard feel when riding, as you can make longer sweeping turns as you ride. While it’s not super light (about 20 lbs.), it’s light enough to carry when needed and has a built-in handle. It goes about 16 mph, and the battery will allow for about 6-8 miles of travel. It has no problem going through grass or over gravel. And the Onewheel app gives accurate data on battery life and other metrics. Newer and upgraded models go faster and roughly twice the distance. I don’t use the Onewheel a lot, but it’s pretty handy when I want to, or need to, ride it. And it’s super fun to ride!
