1. What’s Wrong With That…
Not sure if you saw this article in April of 2018, but you have to read this! Many people believe there is a suppression of a cure for many diseases so that the pharmaceutical companies and medical system can continue to profit. It is easy to see why, as there have been no cures in decades. Well, this article has Goldman Sachs analysts discussing how a cure is not good for business. My spine tingled when I read the line about how cures “could represent a challenge for genome medicine developers looking for sustained cash flow.” Yikes!
2. Quote…
“Death is not the greatest loss in life. The greatest loss is what dies inside us while we live.” – Norman Cousins
I think most people start out with a vision or dream of what their lives could or should look like, yet somehow fall into the trap of believing that it just can’t be that way. Even if your life doesn’t look too good right now, or how you thought it would look, decide today to reignite that spark and start doing the things that get you fired up.
3. Something I practice…
Every day, I take a moment to think of three things I am grateful for. This gratitude exercise is super simple, costs nothing, and is incredibly impactful. You can do it any time of day, but I prefer to do it on my way home from my office or right before bed. It will instantly change your state and focus. And even in tough times, there are ALWAYS things to be grateful for.
Go ahead… take a moment right now to think of three things you’re grateful for.
