1. Stat that concerned me this week…
Aza Raskin and Tristan Harris, two guys who starred in the movie, The Social Dilemma, and presented The AI Dilemma on YouTube (both are a MUST-WATCH!), were on Joe Rogan’s podcast. Along with A LOT of frightening and thought-provoking information about artificial intelligence, they shared something I was unaware of… the #1 career aspiration in the U.S. right now is social media influencer. 😱 Yikes! I read and hear many stats each week. This one rocked me.
2. What’s new at our office…
We finally added a filtered water bottle station in our office. We encourage patients to drink more water to speed up healing and boost health, so this allows them to bring their water bottles in and fill them at each visit. I have been wanting to get rid of plastic water bottles for a long time. Happy we could finally get it done. We also received our first order of Optimal Spine and Wellness water bottles… which are glass with bamboo caps. These are available to purchase… for only $10. Another thing that is new is our Patient of the Month board. We used to recognize a patient each month, but had not done that in about eight years. So now, we’ve reintroduced this recognition of a special patient each month to highlight their special attributes, unique case and results, commitment to regaining their health, dedication to follow our recommendations, and/or enthusiasm to refer others to our office.
