1. Product I love…
I’ve been using molecular hydrogen for over a decade now. I’ve posted about it before, and it is the Product of the Month in our office this month. There is substantial scientific data supporting the benefits. I have tried numerous methods of getting it, including a device that was hooked into our kitchen sink (cost was several thousand dollars😬), a portable water bottle that made the molecular hydrogen (hundreds of dollars), and tablets that dissolve in a glass of water. After testing the amount of hydrogen produced by each, the tablets make considerably higher amounts of molecular hydrogen. So, now all I use is the molecular hydrogen tablets. I use one each day. I drop a tablet in about 12-16 oz. of water, let it dissolve completely, then drink it all down. There is no taste to it (although we do sell a raspberry flavored version). I try to take it on an empty stomach. It’s simple and not expensive. The main reason I take it is because it is very good for gut health, and it is the only thing to neutralize and eliminate the hydroxyl free radicals in my body (the most dangerous of the free radicals). It has anti-inflammatory effects, improves recovery, has nerve and heart protective properties, and much more. See my quick video below about molecular hydrogen…
2. Quote that got me thinking this week…
Here’s a quote I have come across several times. I have it written down, but had not seen it in a while…
If not now… when?
If this doesn’t hit you like a ton of bricks… I don’t know what will. It rocks me every time I read it. So… now that you’ve read it… IF NOT NOW… WHEN???
3. Retraction I am making…
Last week, I posted about a new book, Limitless Daily, by Jim Kwik. It is a daily devotional type book, with a new, one-page per day message that is inspirational and educational. I was really excited about it and recommended it. Unfortunately… after reading it for this past week… I am NOT impressed. I like Jim Kwik, I think he’s great, but this book has not impressed me. If you bought the book because of my post last week… I APOLOGIZE! I am very particular with what I recommend. I am also particular about how I spend my time, and I cannot spend it where I am not getting high value for it. This book is not doing it for me. I have other quick, daily reads that are better for sure. I’ll share those in a later post. Just so you have some info now… I went back to a book called Arete: Activate Your Heroic Potential, by Brian Johnson, which is MUCH better! I had very high hopes for Limitless Daily. I am bummed it isn’t better, and I apologize for making that premature recommendation. And I’ll post a pic of the Arete book just so you know what it looks like.
