1. Product I recommend…
I’m a HUGE fan of red light therapy. It is so good for so many health conditions, everyone benefits from it, and it has thousands of clinical studies supporting its effectiveness. The red light bed that we have in our office is the best I could find… Theralight 360+. I’ve had hundreds of people ask me about home devices. Most home devices are junk… and overpriced. I have found a few products that I have recommended (and bought for our own home use). The one I recommend most is the MitoQUAD Wavelength Belt. It has 405 diodes, and each diode contains three advanced LED chips, giving you a total of 1,215 chips per belt. There are three things I love about this device… (1.) Its power, containing all those chips, and providing four wavelengths of light… (2.) It is a belt that allows you to use it on a variety of joints, so you are not limited to just a knee, your back, or a shoulder. It can be used on any joint… and (3.) While most higher quality red light devices cost thousands of dollars, (our Theralight bed was approximately $100K!😬), this belt is only $349. A home device allows you to use it more often and on multiple areas of the body. There is a picture of it below and also a link that takes you to the site. I did ask for a discount code for my patients and followers, so that link will include a 5% discount. (I told them a 5% discount was pathetic, but that was the best they would do.) If interested in a home device, this one is a VERY GOOD choice. This company also has the MitoPOD which provides full body coverage and contains 6,960 LED chips. This is another great option, costing $1,699. Nothing is as good or more powerful than our Theralight 360+ bed, as it contains 45,000 diodes of light, and I strongly recommend you use our bed. But if you’re interested in a home device, the MitoQUAD and MitoPOD are both VERY GOOD options. Click here for more info on those products and to get that discount code.
2. Something cool I saw this week…
By now, you know I love seeing people do things that are extraordinary. It doesn’t matter what it is, if they do something extremely well… I love it! Here is an artist using shadows to complete his art. His name is Vincent Bal, and he calls what he does “Shadowology.” Pretty cool! I’m no artist, but I am tempted to play around with the shadow/drawing thing just for fun. Check it out (and there are lots more on YouTube)…
3. Line I read that got me thinking…
“The fastest way to kill a good idea is asking ten people what they think.”
Very true! I think it wise to take a good idea and run with it for at least a bit. Then, when you have worked out some details, ask one or two people what they think. Those two people MUST be big thinkers, dynamic creators, and/or have had big successes in their own lives.
