1. 30-second video that AMAZED me…
One of the main things I check when looking at food labels is the “added sugar.” Our consumption of sugar has skyrocketed over the past several decades… and is absolutely a MAJOR contributor to the chronic illness boom we are seeing. My buddy sent me this video that is a MUST SEE (Thanks, Brad B.!) Dunkin’s new Peppermint Mocha Swirl has an incredible 186 grams of added sugar. I’ve never seen anything even close to that. Watch this 30-second video to get a better idea of just how much sugar this really is. I can’t believe they can sell this stuff! Note his comments on how they don’t want to kill us, they want to keep us just sick enough to continue needing their pharmaceutical drugs🤑.

3. 26th Annual Toys-for-Tots drive…
We are a collection/drop site for Toys-for-Tots again this year. The thought of a child going through Christmas without a toy is unnerving. This is our 26th year participating. Help us help others! Anyone donating a toy to Toys-for-Tots goes into a drawing for health and wellness prizes, with one person receiving a full year of care in our office for FREE. New patients can have their first day services (consultation, examination, and x-rays, if needed) for FREE with the donation of a toy. If you are not local, and you donate a toy at any Toys-for-Tots location near you, call our office to let us know, and your name will go into the drawing for free prizes. Please pass the information along to any friends, family, and co-workers that you know need to be checked in our office. This is the BEST opportunity for them to do so.
