1. Funny post I saw this week…
Saw this post this week, and it made me laugh…
2. Product I recommend…
Infrared saunas have been in use for a long time, and the data keeps getting better and better on how helpful they can be. I’ve had one for decades. We have one at the office and one in our home. The heat is comfortable, relaxing, has great cardiovascular benefits, has detoxification benefits, and soothes muscle tightness, tension, and soreness. Research continues to reveal additional benefits with no downside. What’s great is that these saunas can be put in your home because they aren’t extremely expensive, they don’t take up a ton of space, and they can be used much more regularly if they are right there in your house. The key is to get one that is safe and effective. Low-end, cheap models often use chemicals in their wood that off-gas, put out high levels of EMFs, and don’t provide the benefits that better models do. I’ve recently had numerous patients, friends, and family members purchase saunas for their homes. The two brands I like most are Sunlighten and Clearlight. If looking to buy a sauna or looking for more info on saunas, these are the two brands to consider. I’ll attach links to both, which also contain special discounts. What prompted me to post this now is not only that so many people are asking me about saunas, but Sunlighten sent me an email about a promotion they are running which offers their largest discounts of the year. You can click here for more information on that. And if interested in Clearlight, clicking here will take you to their website showing their discounts. If you’ve been thinking about buying one, now is probably the best time because of the current deals, and in general, prices on these seem to be going up, not down. And if now is not the time to buy one, you can find offices that have them available to use. We have a Sunlighten sauna in our office with inexpensive packages available. Read more about the benefits of infrared saunas and learn about all the benefits they can provide.
3. Great piece of advice I read this week…
“Stopping your worst habit would change your life much faster than starting your best habit. Fix the leak before filling the bucket.”
This is a great piece of advice. Makes A LOT of sense! We are always looking to start something new, add something to our routine, or create a new habit in order to boost our health and make our lives better. But we need to think about stopping the things that are holding us back, pulling us down, or making us less healthy. Do we need to do ANOTHER thing? Or could we just stop doing something that we shouldn’t be doing??? Think about that.
