1. Great video clip I’m re-posting…
The body is a self-healing, self-regulating, miraculous creation. We forget that it will work better, if only we give it what it wants and get rid of what’s bad for it. I’m reposting this video of a celery plant that we had that was wilting. Some would see this and think it was sick, old, or maybe just had bad genes… but the reason it was wilting is because we had not watered it for several days. We all know that plants NEED water. Without it, the plant will start to wilt, and eventually die. You don’t need to know what chlorophyll is, you don’t have to understand photosynthesis, and you don’t need a degree in botany. That’s the way the body works… you don’t have to understand it all, you just need to give it what it needs. And when you do… sickness goes away, health problems ease, and optimal function returns. I LOVE this video because it shows the wilting plant come back to life once it gets the water it needs. This remarkable transformation only took a few hours. (I thought it was going to take days.) I recorded it in time-lapse mode… so you can see the transformation in just 23 seconds. Remember… you too can have your body, your health, and quality of life restored by giving it what it needs and getting rid of what it doesn’t. All I did for this plant was give it the water it so desperately NEEDED!
2. Uplifting video I saw this week…
I saw a cool video of a guy helping a little kid learn to surf. I found out that this guy is a surf instructor, and clearly really, really good at what he does. Watch the video below and you’ll see why I liked it. Make sure you unmute it, as the music makes the video better…

3. Wellness tip…
Vitamin D is critical for optimal human function. Sadly (and oddly), most people are deficient in this nutrient. (It is actually a hormone not a vitamin.) Most people need 5,000 – 10,000 IU daily. I’ve written and talked about this A LOT, but wanted to clarify something. I used to cut my dosage in half once summer hit because I am in the sun a lot. After talking to a scientist/researcher, I no longer cut the dose. Even if you are in the sun more, and your body has the ability to produce more vitamin D, it will not produce too much. So… by continuing to take the same dosage, it ensures that I have what I need, and my body will produce more if I need it, but WILL NOT produce TOO MUCH. And any time you get bloodwork, request that the doctor add a vitamin D test. It’s always good to know what your levels are. And your vitamin D supplement should be D3 (not D2) and should also contain K2. Now all we need here in Northeast Ohio is actual sunshine!!!😎
