1. Controversial topic this week that I felt the need to weigh in on…
So… does Tylenol cause autism? Like just about EVERYTHING these days, facts get clouded by emotions, misinformation, and political positions. A video was the easiest way for me to share my thoughts, so click below to watch…
2. Uplifting story I saw this week…
I love stories about people breaking records, doing the impossible, and achieving lifelong dreams. Those stories remind me of just how powerful and incredible we are as humans and that we are capable of so much more than we can ever imagine. And they inspire me to continue trying to create the life of my dreams. I saw this story about Kent Broussard, a man who always dreamed of marching for the Louisiana State University Tiger Marching band. This 66-year-old retired accountant enrolled in the university, committed to practicing the tuba relentlessly, tried out for the band… and made it! He is the oldest band member by 41 years. Click here to see the 2-minute video about this positive story. According to him… “Your only failure is not trying.”
3. Something worth thinking about…
I saw an Instagram post by Dr. Mark Hyman with words from a Dr. Bob Rako that is worth sharing…
